A member of a traditional Acholi dance group performs at a graduation ceremony for some of our Legacy Scholarship Program beneficiaries. The dancers performed multiple times during a break in the day’s speeches and awards.
Culture in northern Uganda is particularly rich and many ceremonies such as this with include entertainment from a traditional dance or music group as well as a shared meal with all of the attendees.
