Nate Henn // 1985 – 2010 from INVISIBLE CHILDREN on Vimeo.

This song will be forever connected to my experience with Invisible Children and the friendships I’ve made here. In particular, one of the hardest things we ever went through as a family was when Nate Henn died in a terrorist attack in Kampala in 2010. Nate lived his life with a joyous determination to love the people around him and with a deep appreciation of those magical moments that make us enthusiastically exclaim, “What is life?” This song is about the choices we make and will always remind me of the incredible choice that Nate made to live for others. This song reminds me of him and inspires me to love stronger.
