Sacco is a fairly new band that is becoming a fast favorite. The band released a new music video via Stereogum last week featuring two new songs Ghost Carnival and Driving. The Bonnie and Clyde-esque video starts with two ghosts holding a family hostage in their home. They force the kids to do horrifying things such as eat chocolate syrup and whipped cream and watch cartoons. Every child’s worst nightmare.
As the songs transition, so does the story. The duo removes the ghost costumes and suits up for their next mission, robbing a gas station convenient store. But not before a little playtime, of course.
Sacco consists of two of our friends, John Fredericks and Andy Breihan from the band Guards. Guards played a couple songs for us at SXSW in 2011.
