The Logistics League has arrived in Washington DC to begin the mounds of preparation for MOVE:DC this Saturday (I just made up the term “Logistics League” – they’re probably wondering when the heck we decided to call them that.)

They just did their first walk-through of the Convention Center and submitted the final floor plans. They’ve been discussing LOBBY:DC, the Global Summit, and Global Dance Night with everyone at the Center involved in the event.

The weather is great – actually on the hot side, no jacket necessary at the moment. In the next few days they’ll be finalizing all logistics with the Convention Center, as well as the production schedule. They’re tightening up the run of show, staff placements, and making sure the Global Summit participants are getting there.

More teams are headed out to DC to join them in the next hours and days. Until then, Logistics League – thanks for hammering away at the groundwork and we’ll see you soon!
