Another week, another Dev Haynes-produced little slice of gold. This offering from the ever-growing catalog of work from Dev, the man behind the Solange EP and a recent collaborator on the project from the original Sugababes Mutya Keisha Siobhan, has British singer/songwriter Laura Welsh on the vocals.
Ms. Welsh first entered our brain when the leading voice in music buzz disco naïveté wrote about her track “Hollow Drum,” a soulful build of snapping pop that we included on one of our Monday Mini Mixtapes back in 2012.
