Today’s Monday Mini Mixtape comes to us all the way from Belgium, courtesy of the buzz blog disco naïveté. If you follow Invisible Children Music, you inevitably will follow disco naïveté. Run by Jarri Van der Haegen, disco naïveté is one of the freshest, most authentic voices in music discovery. It’s such an approachable site for any level of music fan.
We reached out to Jarri asking him to curate today’s mixtape, and he was more than willing. It’s an incredibly solid set of tunes indicative of the type of music he features on his blog.

03. SOHN – “Bloodflows” :: SOHN conquered the world with his organic electronics in no time. Now he’s signed to 4AD, he’ll conquer a few more.
04. LANA DEL REY – “Young And Beautiful” :: Lana has never ever disappointed me and this new song she penned for The Great Gatsby is her most majestic one so far. Amazing.
05. MS MR – “Fantasy” :: MS MR explore a dark yet fun side of pop on their highly-anticipated debut album, with “Fantasy” being a beautiful centerpiece between the best of both worlds.
06. DEPTFORD GOTH – “Life After Defo” :: Quite sad yet very remarkable record from Deptford Goth. Eerie electronics with a soft voice.
07. BLAU BLUME – “On New Years Eve” :: I love singers with really interesting voices, and the guy from Blaue Blume sure has an interesting voice. Great track too, they could go places.
08. SAY LOU LOU – “Julian” :: These girls are just the best when it comes down to writing huge pop anthems that don’t sound huge at all. Love them.
09. HAIM – “Falling” :: Because I’ve loved Haim since day one and will love them till the rest of times.
10. LORDE – “Royals” :: New Zealand minor pop star, soon to be a worldwide one. Love the Beyoncé reference in this song.
