Appreciating Chadwick

Not only do I have the fantastic job of being a staff writer at Invisible Children, but I also have the fantastic job of heading up the IC Appreciation Subcommittee (under the umbrella of the Fun Committee — we have committees for dayssss).

My small committee chooses different employees and interns to appreciate at random. We draw their name out of a jar, pick a day, and surprise the heck out of them in ways they never see coming. Banners hanging in the lobby, their favorite candy, lunch with an office crush, notes of appreciation from the staff…

We recently appreciated Chadwick, one of our Graphic Designers, and bestowed upon him the below video which premiered at our staff meeting.
