This August, Invisible Children is partnering with more than 40 organizations for the Common Good Exchange during the Fourth Estate Leadership Summit. These companies are on forefront of social change and we’re beyond proud to bring them together for an exclusive evening during the Summit.

The United Nations Foundation is brining several of their campaigns to the Fourth Estate, including Nothing But Nets. Nothing But Nets is a global, grassroots campaign to raise awareness and funding to fight malaria. They accomplish this by providing supporters the opportunity to donate $10 to provide a long-lasting, insecticide-treated bed net to a community who needs it.

Nothing But Nets has partnered with NBA Cares, the WNBA, Vh1, and Major League Soccer, to raise awareness for malaria prevention. In addition to awareness, the campaign works to train activists, which they affectionately refer to as Netvocates. These Netvocates work to ensure that the U.S. government remains committed to reducing malaria-related deaths in developing countries

The Fourth Estate Leadership Summit is a gathering of 1400 students and educators who are committed to human rights and social justice. Between August 8-11th, attendees will hear from several prominent speakers and learn the tools they need to bring this knowledge back into their schools and communities.
