Both simple and dynamic, Andrew Bird’s new song “Pulaski at Night” is an exciting peek at what is to come from the album “I Want to See Pulaski at Night”, which will be released tomorrow (11/12/13) in North America, and November 19th everywhere else (sorry guys).
The song’s foundation is laid with rhythmic violin work and then built upon with Andrew Bird’s smooth melodies beckoning listeners to “come back to Chicago”. I’ve never been to Chicago, but nothing has made me want to travel there more than this song…. ….ok that and maybe Chicago style pizza.
