There is no doubt that Anna Calvi is an exceptional musician and that La Blogothèque are some of the best film makers around. It was a match made in musical heaven when La Blogothèque filmed a video of Anna performing Love of my Life earlier this month. The video, released yesterday, was shot in Le chateau de Fontainebleau in France — an absolutely stunning backdrop. I typically wouldn’t pair 16th century architecture with rock music, but the two fit perfectly together in this video and show the contrast between old and new in the most beautiful way.
