New York City’s The Postelles have been diligently working on their sophomore record, a follow-up to the self-titled debut from 2011. They returned today with the first cut taken from …And It Shook Me, due for a release on March 23.
“Pretend It’s Love” is a cheerful tune featuring none other than our favorite underrated genius lyricist, unique vocalist, and expert live performer – Alex Winston. It’s been a while since we’ve heard anything from Alex (her first album King Con was one of our favorites of 2012), and we are warmly welcoming her return to our ears.
