It seems like the big news this week is the long awaited release of Sky Ferreira‘s debut full length Night Time, My Time. This album has been in the making for quite a while and for some it seemed like it may never make it’s way into our ears. But the day has come and it is everything that we dreamed of and more.
The album is a not-so-shockingly honest reflection of the young artist. Even the bold album art shows the vulnerability and realness of the tunes inside. She laid it all out and it paid off. This girl has mastered gritty lyricism paired with perfect pop melodies. I have to agree with all of the hype. This one was definitely worth the wait.
